The only appointment options are those listed on the alternative screening form. Fetish/Role Play, Overnights, and Fly Me to you is not available.
No appointments will be considered that are more than 45 days in advance.

If you are using the Provider Reference option, please try and reach out to them first so they can expect a email from me. This will help me get you verified faster.
Alternative Screening options.
A. 2 Reputable Provider References: Please include Name, Website, Email, contact information. They must have reviews or an extensive web presence.
B. Board Handle with vouches. This could be TER Whitelist, Private Delights reviews with comments, TNA board vouches. You must send me a message through the system to confirm that the account is yours.
C. Preferred 411 account with at least 3 recent okays in the last 6 months.
D. RS2K Verified
Please note that connection is still important to me.So leaving the tell me about yourself portion blank will be an immediate disqualification.
